Hi All,

I'm having a problem: an app on some mobile devices works fine, but on other devices, also Android, when I try to open the app, the wheel spins and I can't access it. I've obviously tried logging out and restarting the device, but nothing works.
Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you for your reply.
I have nothing in the OnStart app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.
I was wondering: since the app worked properly until about 15 days ago, could it be an Android update causing some conflict?

I am seeing more issues on Android than on other devices.

The App, do you have code in the App.OnStart? If so move it to OnVisible of the form, and make sure IF you are going to use App.OnStart that you also enabled Async processing of the App.OnStart

Also on those devices, try to remove the app and re-install it, and/or at least check if the App is running and stop it (back ground wise)
