Hello,

I have created an Agent in my solution and added it to a channel in Microsoft Teams. The Agent is also integrated with Microsoft 365, and users are actively interacting with the chatbot.

I am unable to view any activity details in the Agent solution. Specifically, I need to know who interacted with the Agent and the details of those interactions. My goal is to retrieve user information (such as name or ID) for everyone who has chatted with the Agent.

Could you please guide me on:

How to enable or access interaction logs for the Agent?

Is there any configuration or setting required to capture user details?

Are there APIs or reporting options available for this purpose?

Go to the Analytics tab and click "Download Sessions"

Thanks for the answer @bscarlavai33,

But in my case, I have already published the Agent to the channels (Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot). If a user interacts with the Agent in Teams, I need their data to appear in the Analytics tab.

I see that their data is not reflecting in the Analytics → Sessions tab.

Could you please help me with this?
