i have a copilot flow to retrieve documents from sharepoint loooking as such:

the get files (properties only) action in the apply to each is giving output and I expect the file and folder am looking for to be part of it, but it isn't thus my filter files by identifier action does not give any output. I have tried relocating the folder, renaming the folder, creating an empty document inside the same folder for testing purposes, checking for access rights etc. but none has worked. Could anyone have a clue or even provide insights on why the folder isn't being found and returned as part of the output for the get files action?

note: for the get files (properties only) action I am not able to input the file path to the specific folder, I have tried as well using advanced parameters but i still haven't achieved anything.

Hi @JM-16050834-0

I would need to see the flow (its really small) and see the flow build, with all the inputs etc, and then see the Flow Run, with the Apply to each inputs and the get files etc inputs / outputs.

At this point it would really take reviewing each step as something is off. And seeing the expressions you are creating and following it down to "what you expect it to do in each spot compared to what it is doing"

@Michael E. Gernaey i've created it as a both a general flow and as well called it as an action in a topic but either way i don't get output on the filter files by identifier but am getting input. I should be able to get output from the filter when its able to retrieve what i want but in this case its not part of the output from the get files action, i don't understand why but the file is in the the sharepoint link i've provided and its fully accessible to the connection of the account. The get files(properties only) is only able to get the parent folder (General in the screenshot below) but for some it goes deeper like into two, three folders. As you can see below my identifier which i've provided as input is the one highlighted and am supposed to get the files in the folder named like the identifier but the get files(properties only) action isn't picking/getting into any folder after General in the path shown below.

All I can say is look at the flow run, grab the output, verify whats there and whats not.

Verify the inputs to it

You said this is a Copilot flow specifically

If you recreate this as a general flow and call that as an action does it work?
