Currently I am working on project where a user can click a button on a Power App so that a folder in Sharepoint can start downloading localy directly. This has proven to be a challenge however. Direct folder downloads are prohibitied for some reason. Therefore the current function of the button is to open that folder in Sharepoint where the user can click on the download button for that foder. This starts downloading a zip of that folder. Are there any ways for me to skip this extra click inside the Sharepoint folder and start the zip download directly after clicking the button in my app? I am looking forward to your suggestions/solutions.

We cannot directly done in Power-Apps. Microsoft does not expose a simple download this folder as ZIP URL that Power Apps can invoke directly.

Yes, you can remove the extra SharePoint click, but I would not attempt to directly invoke SharePoint's internal folder-download UI URL. The more robust architecture is to let Power Automate create/package the folder contents as a ZIP and return the resulting file to Power Apps.
If the folder is large or contains many files, I would strongly favor pre-generating/caching the ZIP rather than generating it synchronously on every button click. It will provide a much better user experience and avoid Power Apps/Power Automate timeout and file-size issues.
