Sharepoint integrated Agent not working

Dear forum,

We have an Agent with Sharepoint integrated.

We have been working on this and testing it for around 1 year now and want to make it productive.

However, it seems like from today the Agent has stopped working and the sharepoint grounding is not working anymore.

Is it related to the introduction to Work IQ?

Is Microsoft serious about the copilot studio platform and want people to use this for development?

They probably are not because it seems they have no testing whatsoever in place and the developments just break when new features are introduced.

This is beyond frustrating!!!!

First thing - do you see any erro regarding this?

Can you please verify the status of Work IQ connectors and permissions in your tenant? Also, did get chance to do some troubleshooting around like disabling/enabling the the knowledge agent.

What I suspect is Work IQ is still in preview and evolving. It is possible that recent updates or changes related to Work IQ or its connectors could impact existing SharePoint integrations, especially if your agent or environment started using Work IQ features or MCP (Model Context Protocol) connectors.

"Is Microsoft serious about the copilot studio platform and want people to use this for development?". To me, MS is investing a lot on this. If you are facing issue -please do open up a support ticket?

@Haque thank you for your reply.

It simply says the answer is not found in the sharepoint site, while it was working till friday.

The only thing that has changed is I see the work iq check box which I can't select or unselect and this is really frustrating.

How to raise a ticket to Microsoft support? do you have the link? Last time we raised one, they made a mess out of it although the issue was solved later.

Please go to MS 365 admin center and Support-->Help & support.

If you are in power platform, you can check if support agent can address your issue, you can chat here and get a close soution:

Simply login to power platform admin center [https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/]--> Suppert--> Get support.

After multi-level chatting with agent - you go to support step.
