Image input feature doesn't work.

I'm either getting an error saying the conversation is too large:
Conversation state too large Error code: ConversationStateTooLarge. Conversation ID: 1cf837c9-0714-492a-b5ba-833cb4fc24ca. Time (UTC): 5/29/2025 12:25:00 PM.
 
Or with a tiny image (234 Ko) the agent is just confused:
I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?
 
Is anyone able to use the image input feature ?

    Yes, I was deploying to Teams.
     
    Now I'm exploring using the Microsoft 365 Agent Toolkit directly as I find the Copilot Studio experience to be often frustrating.

    What Channel did you have it set to Teams?
     
    There are some... bugs still floating it around where depending on where it starts getting built, which channel its set too etc, that it in fact may only work work there. Is it silly. Yes, but so was bugs bunny but all grew out of it lol. 
     
    I don't think you have anything wrong @David L but the test environment in many cases is not equal to the published one

    Yes, I was testing it directly from Copilot Studio with a custom agent and with the input image feature enabled. 
    I just tested it when published in Teams and there it works fine, it parses the file without problem.
     
    That's gonna be a tricky feature to test out if publishing it on Teams is the only way to test it.

    Where are you testing this? Is this in one of your agents? What was in the image? Conversation too large normally indicates that the conversation has been going for a while and needs to be cleared and a new conversation started.
