Hello

Is it possible to set a time and date record of using function Relate?
I want it to be seen by what day was assigned certain work to certain worker.
Or even better, can you think of some way to set a various dates when the work have to be done to a various linked workloads?

Thank you all

Set a date of linking the records when using function Relate
The Relate function links two records through a one-to-many or many-to-many relationship in Microsoft Dataverse. This means that Relate function doesn't creates a new record, it can relate two records that exists.

In your case, if you just use Relate, you will not be able to capture date-time of the assignment.

You can have 3 tables like Workers table, worker-load table and Assignment table.
This way, every time you assign a worker to a workload, you create a record in Assignments table with the date (or dates).
You can use Patch() function to create a record in Assignment table.
