I think the links aren't working correctly, as I answered a similar question from a student a few days ago.

If you refer to the screenshot in my link above, can you try navigating directly to the Copilot Studio site and switch environments using the menu at the top of the page?

    Hello @Joel.John

This usually happens because you are not logged in with the same account used to register for the Power Up Program, or you are not in the correct Dev environment.

From the “How it works” steps:
    Set up your environment
    Know your Dev environment details
    Start experimenting

You must use the Dev environment created for your Power Up account.

Go to https://make.powerapps.com and check the environment selector at the top right. Make sure you are signed in with the same email you used for the Power Up Program and switch to your Developer / Power Up environment (the environment name is usually your first and last name).

If you cannot see it, sign out and log back in with your Power Up email, then try Start experimenting again.

I started working on Plan designer fundamentals yesterday.  When I reached the step 2 where it stated the prompts were available in the student resources, I went to create my Dev Environment and waited for it to finish.  Once it was complete, I did not have the ability to create any plans.  I tried both the new and old "home" pages in make.powerapps.com.  I sent an email to powerup-support@microsoft.com, but the response I received advised that I post my issue here instead.  However, now I don't seem to have an environment at all.

I found that if I just went to https://make.powerapps.com while logged in with my Power Up account, I can see my Dev environment, and I have the access needed.  So, my "Start Experimenting" button no longer works, but I can just go directly to https://make.powerapps.com and I'm good.
