Feedback System for Copilot Agent

Hi, I’m working on improving our Copilot experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, and I’m wondering:

Is there a way to capture and store user feedback when they interact with the chatbot — particularly in response to a specific answer or message card?

Ideally, I’d like to implement a feedback mechanism such as:
•After the bot responds, the user can select whether the answer was helpful (e.g., thumbs up/down or Yes/No)
•The feedback is stored somewhere (e.g., Dataverse, SharePoint, or Azure Table) along with context like the question, answer, and user ID (if available)
•This data can later be analyzed to improve the bot’s accuracy and refine future answers

Is this natively supported in Copilot Studio? If not, is there a supported workaround using Power Automate or custom components?
