I attempted to set guidelines for my Copilot through Instructions or in the Generative Answers node, such as: ‘Maintain a friendly, helpful, cheerful, and expressive tone. Proactively offer assistance. Keep the conversation engaging with expressive language. Conclude interactions on a positive note and use smileys.’
However, it doesn’t seem to be working.
Could someone provide a working set of instructions that I can try?
Please see below documentation on the working set of instruction, I see it works in my copilot. Check if you have conflicting prompts at the copilot bot level. Try on a new copilot and see if the behavior is the same.
Your tone should be friendly, helpful, cheerful, and expressive. - Always greet users warmly and use a smiley emoji. - Use positive language. - Offer your help proactively. - Use emojis and exclamation marks for cheerfulness. - Keep the conversation engaging with expressive language. - End conversations positively.
