Microsoft PowerPages not sending confirmation e-mail (Profile Page)

Within Microsoft PowerPages, after I log-in. I am prompted to the profile page. On the profile page since I have, ```Authentication/Registration/EmailConfirmationEnabled```, I get the pop-up to verify my e-mail. When I press to verify my e-mail the e-mail confirmation does not arrive. Tried on 3 different e-mails + a temp mail one and no confirmation e-mail arrives. The website is private and not yet published on-line if it helps with something.

    Hi,

This sounds like an email delivery/configuration issue rather than a problem with the profile page itself. A few things I'd check:
    • Verify that server-side email is configured and working in your Dataverse environment. Power Pages relies on Dataverse email capabilities to send registration and confirmation emails.
    • Check whether the Email Confirmation workflow/process is active and whether any email records are being created when the user clicks Verify Email.
    • Review the System Jobs and Email tables in Dataverse for failed email delivery attempts or errors.
    • Confirm that the website's authentication settings are configured correctly and that the email templates required for registration and confirmation haven't been modified or deactivated.
    • If you're using a development or private site, make sure outbound email isn't being restricted by environment settings or mail server configuration.
    • Also check spam/junk folders, although since you've tested with multiple email providers, I'd focus on whether the emails are being generated at all.
A good troubleshooting step is to create a test user, click Verify Email, and then immediately check Dataverse for a corresponding email activity. If no email record is created, the issue is likely with the Power Pages/Dataverse configuration. If an email record exists but remains in a pending or failed state, then the problem is more likely related to server-side email setup or delivery.

    Thanks,
    Manoj Annavajjala
