Query a SharePoint custom list is not working, no items are been recognized

I have a SharePoint custom list with 4 items , as follow:-
 
 
Now i created a new Copilot agent using Copilot studio and i defined the custom list as the knowledge, as follow:-
 
 
 
Now when i asked this simple question about the number of items which are under Laptop ItemType, i got this wrong result:-
 
 
Any advice?

    Hi,
    You may have problems with Choice columns in SharePoint when creating Copilot Studio agents. I would suggest you follow the workaround suggested by Matthew Devaney in the following blog post: Copilot Studio SharePoint List Knowledge Workaround
    It implies many steps and using AI Builder, but that's an excellent solution for the case you are working on.

    i think the Agent is understanding the ItemType as a true/false field, see what i get , with those questions:-

    Also one note the link you are refering to mentioned this -

    which i think is not the case now, as copilot agents are suppose to support lists

    Agree on that is a wrong sentence! "Copilot Studio cannot use a SharePoint list as knowledge "
     
    Could you try to add a calculated column in the SharePoint list that is the text value of the choice column, and try with that one?
