We've recently started using Power Apps pipelines and deploying managed solutions.
While manging the deployments I happened to come over the following issue:
Two different solutions, with the same content. One got deployed as base solution, and the other one as en update/patch. Now I want to get rid of the base solution (just the package) and not the elements, and it is not possible at all. Every time I try to empty it, to be able to delete it, it fails because it is trying to delete the elements instead of just emptying the package. Even if the elements exist in the other layer 2 package..
