Add a Product from a Price List Item to an Opportunity

Hello,
 
In a canvas app, how to:
1) Display in a gallery the list of products in a Price List
2) the user the selects a product
3) This product is added to the Opportunity.
 
Should I use patch function or relate?
 
Your guidance would be much appreciated.

    To clarify on this question:.
    There is the Dynamics 365 Sales app.
    Where there is Price List and Price List Items.
     
    I want to add a price list item to an opportunity product table.
     
    Trying to write a patch function. it is coming very complex.
     
    simplest is to use a form.
    which is working. but getting issues when creating a new record via the form after saving 1 record.

    What issue are you facing while saving records using form?

    I'll suggest you to reset the form, once a new record is created.

    It says : No item to display whilst selecting other gallery price list item to add to an opportunity. after saving a record.

    There is a Resetform(Form_Name) function which you can use on OnSuccess Property of Form.
    Make Displaymode of Form to New, In case you want to create new records everytime.
