Could not find an Action tab

I am trying to add action with following the "Using Action" learning sections. I could only find "Agent" tab inside configuring my existing "New Onboarding" agent. Any suggestions.

    Copilot Studio was recently updated and some learning are not up to date :)
     
    Action is now split :
    - Tools for "action" like workflow, connector etc
    - Agent for adding new agent (from copilot studio or others like data agent from Fabric)
     
    You could click on tools :) and then is nearly the same, if you have more question at next step feel free to ask :)

    Could not find an Action tab
    One of the problems with tutorials about the Power Platform is that Microsoft keeps changing an updating things on a pretty fast pace.  Actions are no longer called Actions. They have been renamed and updated to now be "Tools".  You can read more about them here: Add tools to custom agents - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn
