Service Now Articles as Knowledge Base

Hi, 
I have various articles from Service Now, that i want to use as Knowledge for my bot.  As shown below:
 
 
I want to the user query to be answered using these service now articles itself. This is my only knowledge base present to my bot. 
The issue i am facing is, when asked a query in the bot, it gives an output, but then shows the following, despite article for the same being present. 
 
 
Any help, on how to solve this, and search accurately from my service now articles to answer the user query would be appreciated.
