To Microsoft / Anyone Who Can Solve This,

We have encountered a few limitations and are wondering if there are any solutions:

  1. Once we toggle the code view, the icon becomes disabled, preventing us from toggling back.

  2. In email bodies containing multiple points (with links in each point), spacing is inconsistent. Some points have double or excessive spacing between them. This issue cannot be fixed in the normal view and requires rewriting the HTML. However, many users are not IT-trained to do this.

  3. Embedding images requires additional coding, which can be challenging. Is there an easier way to achieve this?

Power Automate is meant to help those without coding experience automate tasks. However, if so much additional coding is required, it defeats its purpose.

    1. Once you switch to code view, you can’t toggle back — this is a UI bug. Use external HTML editors (like html-online.com) to edit and paste clean code.
    2. Inconsistent spacing happens due to auto-inserted <p> or <br> tags. Use simple HTML templates with lists and links for clean layout.
    3. Embedding images requires HTML. Instead, host images on OneDrive/SharePoint and use <img src="URL">. For better control, use Outlook (V2) action (premium).
