I trust you are all well,

Question:

When creating an approval template, do we have an option we can select that does not include microsoft365.
I am straggling to continue as the are no other alternatives that excludes microsoft365.

On the previous session ( creating flows) i used gmail but here the is no option.

Your assistance is appreciated.

1-Would you be able to share which course and module require the approval?
2-Gmail is used for sending emails as Power Up student accounts don't have the Exchange Online Mailbox license.

3-I’d recommend joining the weekly live Q&A sessions, offered in multiple time zones where the instructors there can walk you through the steps.
