Hi @CU09121458-0

On that page, you would click the 'request badge' button. Judging by your screenshot, you've done this already as the buttons are greyed out.

By requesting the badge, you should receive an email from Credly. This will be sent to the personal email address you used to register for the course,

In the past, it can take a couple of weeks after the end of a cohort for the badges to be processed.

If you still haven't received the Credly email after a couple of weeks, I'd suggest that you contact powerup-support@microsoft.com and they can investigate this for you.

Hello @CU09121458-0,

You can’t download the badge directly from the Power Up Program page. The badges are issued through Credly

Steps:

Click Request badge (or if it already shows Requested, check your email).

You will receive an email from Credly to accept the badge.

Sign in to Credly with the same email used for the program.

Go to My Badges, open the badge, and select Download badge or Download certificate.

The downloaded certificate/badge will include your name and can be attached to your resume or LinkedIn.

From your screenshot, it appears that you've received the Credly email and that you've claimed the badge. Can you confirm that's the case?

If you want to download the badge, click the 'Share' button.

Here's a screenshot of what I see when I click the Share button for a badge.

As shown beneath, there's a download button. The downloaded badge does not contain your name, but you can still include the image on your resume.
