I created an Agent in Copilot Studio. I shared it to Ms Teams channel. In Ms Teams, I wanted to share it to other users. The users has been added to a security group in Ms Teams. But still, I get this error. How to resolve this problem?
I have the same question (0)

The error happens because the agent from Microsoft Copilot Studio is not fully available in Microsoft Teams yet.
    Quick Fix
    • Open Copilot Studio
    • Go to your Agent → Channels
    • Enable Microsoft Teams
    • Click Publish
    • Wait a few minutes and try sharing again.
    Also Check
    • The app is Allowed in Microsoft Teams Admin Center
    • Users installed the app in Teams.
Usually republishing the agent after enabling Teams channel fixes it.

    Hi@CU05110824-0,

I am pretty sure you have published the app. If not, thre reason for the error is might be Copilot Studio agents cannot be shared to Teams until they are fully published and shared to a supported group type (Microsoft 365 group or distribution list).  One catch may be Security groups alone are not sufficient!

Possible reasons might be to see this error ("!You can't share this app as its not available right now.") are:
    1. Agent not published: If the bot is only saved but not published, Teams cannot load it for sharing.
    2. Unsupported group type: Copilot Studio requires a Microsoft 365 group or distribution list for sharing.
    3. Tenant mismatch: The bot created in one environment but trying to share in another tenant, Teams cannot find it.
    4. Permissions: Users must have at least Viewer access to the agent in Copilot Studio before they can use it in Teams.
Please check these items and see if we have missed out anyting. Also, to have an insight you can visit this site.

Also, let's check these two items:

Assign Viewer role: In Copilot Studio, go to Manage > Security > Roles. Make the users (or group) have Viewer access to the agent.

Re-share in Teams: After publishing and assigning the correct group, go back to Teams → Apps → Manage → Share. The error should disappear once the agent is available.

I am sure some clues I tried to give. If these clues help to resolve the issue brought you by here, please don't forget to check the box Does this answer your question? At the same time, I am pretty sure you have liked the response!

The "can't share this app - not available right now" error happens because agents need explicit sharing from Copilot Studio or Teams admin approval before Teams links work (even with security groups added).
    Fix:
Shared agent directly in Copilot Studio (Viewer role to your group).
Generated Teams install link + requested admin app approval.
Use this link to install. Once installed, add to Teams chats. should work now

    Best regards,

    Valantis

"Generated Teams install link + requested admin app approval."

Technically, I should download the .zip file generated from copilot studio, upload it to teams app in "manage your apps", request admin approval for the uploaded app, and admin approve it through microsoft teams admin center -> teams app -> manage apps

But it will be available to all user in that tenant, and I don't want it to happen.

    Hello,
I encountered the same error when attempting to share a published agent in Teams. It isn’t wide open to the org yet but only granted 'viewer' access to a security group. Another agent is already in production (deployed via Teams) with no issues, but this agent is failing for some reason. I tried all the fixes suggested in this thread and contacted our Teams admin to "allow" the app in the Teams admin center per one recommendation, but it does not even show in the admin center.

    Please advise.
