I am trying to test my autonomous agent but after testing it is showing error in the schedule meeting flow and particularly in the create teams meetings action i.e. in the output it is showing the error as

Action 'create a teams meeting' failed. The mailbox is either inactive, soft deleted or is hosted on premise.

Can someone please help me with this

This is usually due to an invalid M365 license.

can you please verify that the users mailbox in question has an M365 License and which one it is. I would look in your office portal and azure Entra user to make sure.

Silly question. If the persons mailbox, logs into an incognito browser to portal.office.com, then clicks Apps/Outlook does it work? Or do you get the same error (it would help diagnose a license issue).

I could also be a teams specific license issue (for Copilot).
