I attempted yesterday (Sunday 11/9/25) and again today (Monday 11/10/25) but am not able to access the development environment. Our company helpdesk technicians attempted to help, but cannot assist.
I am able to do the following:
1-log into Power Up, but the format of the screen is different.
2-access, play and hear the videos
3- click on and access any of the other sections, such as the leaderboard, area for the live sessions, etc.
I cannot access the dev environment without getting this messag.
