Creating flow to send an email when a row is added or modified

Unable to authenticate my outlook connection.

I believe it could be that the power up email address i have doesn't have a outlook account. Can anyone confirm if they encountered the same issue

The Power Up student account doesn’t include an Exchange Online Mailbox, so email, calendar, and Office 365 Outlook aren’t available.
