Enabling the copilot studio agent displaying the label of choice column instead of the value.

I'm building agent with copilot studio.
 
I’m using Microsoft Copilot Studio connected to Dataverse. My Dataverse tables have multiple Choice (Option Set) fields, and even though I’ve provided clear value-to-label mappings in a knowledge source (as separate file), Copilot inconsistently returns numeric values like Segment: 3 instead of resolving the label Urban Transport.
 
In this kind of issue, what is the best practice?
