@CU08071607-0 Hi, please try the following steps

If the issue persists, I would recommend contacting the Power Up team or joining the weekly live Q&A sessions, offered in multiple time zones where the instructors there can walk you through the steps.

Sign into Power Up program hub page https://powerup.microsoft.com using the dredentials shared with you.

(The system requires users to reset password on first sign-in.)

I am also facing this issue and I have since email Microsoft Powerup support but there was no resolution provided.

Hi, I have the same problem, I already sent an Email, and the response told me to clear caches and cookies, and also try a private browsing, but both options did not solve the problem.

Soes anyone have any other possible solution?
