Unable to Publish any Customized AI Agents - Training Errors

When working with and Publishing two Voice AI Agents connected to Workstreams in Dynamics Call Center, I have received these two errors consistently over the last few days.
One AI Agent is simple, with one custom Topic Transferring the call.  One Agent is complex with a Custom Regex Entity, Calls to an external API and utilizing one Power Automate Flow.
We have no training and no documents or anything related to training.
BOTH are receiving the errors below, leading me to believe this is not an AI Agent (Bot) specific problem but more of a PVA Copilot Studio problem.

First error:
We failed to publish your agent. Try publishing again later.
One or more training jobs failed for the selected locales.

Second error:
The agent would not be published as the model training failed.
Please review the details in the Training details pane. Learn more

I do not see anything called the Training details pane.
Learn More brings me to a page dedicated to training an NLU+ Model.

Somewhere somehow I read something about this may be a licensing issue?
Has anyone seen this before and can help with my Publishing problems?

Unable to Publish any Customized AI Agents - Training Errors
After a MSFT Ticket was opened, this problem turned out to be a MSFT BUG in the Copilot

Symptom: Unable to publish Copilot Studio agent
Cause: It has been confirmed as a bug from the Copilot Studio engineering team
    Summary
    • When the customer tried to publish the Copilot agent, the customer encountered the error “The agent would not be published as the model training failed. Please review the details in the Training details pane” or “We failed to publish your agent. Try publishing again later. One or more training jobs failed for the selected locales”
    • After checking, we've confirmation from our engineering team that this is a bug and they've deployed an update to fix the issue.
    • While waiting for the update to arrive, a workaround has been provided in order to help the customer to publish the bot. The workaround is to disable the setting "Increase accuracy with agent data”.
    • On July 25th, the update has arrived in the customer's environment and has confirmed that the update has fixed the issue. The customer can turned on the setting "Increase accuracy with agent data” and publish the bot normally.
Resolution: An update has been deployed from the Copilot Studio engineering team to fix the issue

@RH-19121639-0 Hi! if you have prompt tool check if the the promtps are published. You can go in AI Hub menhum on maker.powerapps.com. Select the prompt that you are using on the agent and check if all is published, if there is one trained it will block you to publish.
