Attachment Label Translations exceed 4000 characters

I have enabled multiple languages in my power pages

I am able to put the attachment label translations for most languages

but when it comes to the last 2 languages that I have it always say. I have checked if this includes invisible characters or hidden characters but it doesnt.
I have also checked if it exceeded the 4000 characters but it also doesnt.

"Attach File Label: You have exceeded the maximum number of 4000 characters in this field."

I tried to shorten the translation as much as possible but it still won't let me save it.

Attachment Label Translations exceed 4000 characters

The error message is probably not due to the individual language translation. The translations are saved as a JSON object in a (hidden on the form) field for the table - the structure of the JSON also has a lot of items in it not just the actual translations i.e. it is most likely the characters that make up the JSON object that is more than 4000. Because of the extra structure in the JSON it can also make it difficult to work around it by reducing the amount of text in each translation.

Unfortunately, in the Enhanced model of Power Pages you are not able to increase the field size yourself as it is actually a virtual table that is being used (if it is the standard model e.g. a Dynamics 365 based template, then you can increase the field as you would any other dataverse field).

We had a similar issue with translations (in a different spot), where adding the additional languages had a similar issue, luckily for us the Client could live without several of the languages. If it is the JSON size issue you will need to log the issue with Microsoft.
