Copilot Studio agent that posts weekly web summary as Planner task with Word/PDF attachment

Hi all,
I am a beginner and I am trying to understand if it is feasible building a Copilot Studio agent for our legal team at e.g.,  BMW.
If it is not hard, could someone guide me or share the flow steps. 


The agent should run once a month (e.g., first Monday at 09:00), and:
Search official sources (EUR-Lex, European Commission, ESMA, EBA, etc.) for regulatory changes in Europe from the past month.
 
Summarize findings with:
A simple summary in the Planner task description (one or two paragraphs, plain language, not a table).
A Word or PDF file attached to the Planner task with a detailed table (see columns below) covering all changes found.
Do not repeat regulatory changes already identified in previous months.
 
Desired flow steps
Schedule: Monthly (first Monday, 09:00 CET).
Web search: Official  specified regulatory sources only.
 
AI step:
Output a plain-language summary for the description.
Output a table (JSON/markdown) with columns:
Title
Jurisdiction
Authority
Date published
Date effective
Category
Summary
Impact on BMW operations
Recommended action
Urgency (High/Medium/Low)
Source URL
File generation: Turn the table into a Word or PDF document.
Planner:
Create one Planner task (“Monthly regulatory update – [month/year]”).
Add the summary to the task description.
Attach the Word/PDF file with the full table.

    Hi,
    As of my knowledge  we can not fix some timing to run an agent,
    instead u can plan for a power automate flow which u  can schedule as per your requirement,
    The same u can call as action in agent .

    Rest all part u can design in topics, adaptive card, fx formula and knowledge source.
