26Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing an intermittent issue with Copilot Studio where the "New Experience" toggle button on the home page does not consistently appear.
The behavior seems quite random:
- Sometimes the toggle button is visible when I open Copilot Studio.
- Other times it is completely missing from the home page.
- After some time, it may reappear without any obvious action on my part.
- The issue is not consistently reproducible.
Troubleshooting attempted:
- Closed and reopened the browser.
- Signed out and signed back in.
- Started a new browser session.
Unfortunately, none of these steps reliably bring the toggle back when it's missing.
I'm trying to understand whether:
- This is a known issue affecting other users.
- There are any service-side rollout or caching factors involved.
- Anyone has found a reliable workaround.
Has anyone else experienced the same behavior with the New Experience toggle in Copilot Studio? Any insights would be appreciated.
