Ich versuche seit Tagen bei einer Power Page in der Tabelle für eine Spalte den Typ "Datei" zu nutzen, doch in der entsprechenden Spalte heisst es, diese ist "schreibgeschützt", wonach kein Upload möglich ist.

For days I have been trying to use the "File" type for a column in a table on a Power Page, but the corresponding column says it is "read-only", which means no upload is possible.

Hello @SH-29040616-0,

This is expected behavior of the Power Page. In Power Pages, the File column is read-only initially, so you won’t be able to upload a file while creating a new record.

It will be enable once you save the record and reopen it will enable the control for file upload.

Workaround:

#1. You can upload file using JavaScript/WebAPI,

#2. Utilize Power Automate for upload the file.

#3. You can upload the file after record is gets created.

Hi @SH-29040616-0,

basically what @Kalathiya said is going to solve your issue.

What I usually do in these cases is running multiple try catch with PowerAutomate as you have a native support for file upload or using the WebApi and JS to upload files once you got a 200 for the record creation.

The File column appears read-only in Power Pages because file upload is not enabled by default in portal forms and requires proper basic form

configuration, table permissions (write + append rights), and form settings.

Without these, the field is rendered as read-only.

A more reliable alternative is using Notes (annotation attachments), which are fully supported for uploads in Power Pages.
