Need help to build User feedback like thumbs up/down

Hi everyone,

I'm currently working on integrating user feedback into my Copilot Studio and have followed the guidelines in the Microsoft documentation "Add feedback for every response". I can see the feedback option appear after each response, but when I click the thumbs up icon, it registers as input to the agent.

I believe I'm missing a step that correctly captures the feedback without sending it as new input. As I'm new to Copilot, any guidance on how to properly implement this next step would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,
     
    MS just provided you the way to create an adaptive card. You would need to do something with the output that's generated when you click the button. You can create a separate topic with trigger phrases like "useful", "generated", "answer" and send the feedback to the external entity.

    Hi , I have encountered similar problem too and what works for me was I excluded this liner data: "This generated answer was useful" while following the guidelines in the Microsoft documentation (Add feedback for every response) so that it will not generate a written response.
