Error when execute custom connector tool (REST API) from agent

I've faced with error when I defined custom REST API connector.

There are simple request with predefined parameters without authentication. When I test it in "Power Automate" view where I defined connector, request works and result is received in test section.

But when I add it as tool to agent/topic it simple failed with error "Sorry, something went wrong. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: 3cab38c2-5e33-4086-874c-09e33238f257. Time (UTC): 7/22/2025 12:22:07 PM."

Does anybody know by chance what might be a reason or how I can get details about issue?
