Engineering Hub and MSAzure appear to be Microsoft internal knowledge management systems where technical documentation like TSGs is stored?
These systems are not publicly accessible and are not in the list of supported Copilot Studio knowledge sources. So it won't work.
You could export/sync TSG documents from Engineering Hub/MSAzure to a dedicated SharePoint document library and add the SharePoint site as a knowledge source in Copilot Studio. Enable Microsoft authentication in agent settings to respect SharePoint permissions.
