Not able to Connect Azure Databricks as a knowledge Source

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to connect Databricks as a knowledge source, but I'm running into an issue.

An error appears without any detailed message, and I'm unable to establish a new connection.

The error message keeps popping up and doesn't go away even after several attempts.

Is anyone else facing this issue?

Would appreciate any help or suggestions on how to resolve this.

Thanks in advance!

We have the same issue, and the suggested solution does not work.

I can see Databricks catalogs in the Copilot Studio UI, but I constantly get 'Something went wrong. Try reloading the page. If the problem persists, contact your admin.' error.

I removed the Databricks connection several times and added it back. It does not help, and the error is the same.

Also, my user has all the necessary permissions on the Databricks catalog, and I can access the data.

    Regards,

Can you please go to the Maker Portal directly (Power Apps or Power Automate) doesn't matter.

Go to the environment and check the Connections (under More ... on left Nav).
See if the Connection is broken, fix it there, reload the Agent, try again.

    Cheers

If this resolves your issue please Mark as such and maybe a like.

P.S. Microsoft has done some Services IP changes recently as well.. Not saying that is it or related, but usually this is a Token / Auth issue, or the Connection is broken (per my ask above).

One other thing you can do is just go into Power Automate and try to create a flow and see if it works there.
