Hello All,

I'm having trouble displaying data in a gallery with the data source as Dataverse. I'm logged in using a my service account. The data isn't displaying. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

I figured it out. We deleted all the data from the table in our test environment. The data is in the production environment. Thanks for your help!

Hi @nleuck_101, then as you suspected, some security role issue is there with your account.

can you try this add a label and check the count of rows in the table.
CountRows(yourDataverseTable); //if you see 0, then either the table is empty or some security issue

Please give the mentioned solution a try and let me know whether it works for you.
If it solves your issue, feel free to mark this thread as answered.

    HI @nleuck_101,
can you please check if you are able to see the raw dataverse table data,
see the items property of the gallery and select on the table name and see if you are able to see any data or not?
Based on that we can try to identify the issue and solve it.

The items property of the gallery is the Dataverse table. The control label I selected is a TextInput. It's default property is ThisItem.column from my Dataverse table. I've also tried just using a text label but still not showing data. I'm beginning to think it might have something to do with Security Roles but I'm logged in as my service account so I didn't think there would be any issues.

HI @nleuck_101, can you please share the Items Property of the Gallery and what is the control name which you have selected (text label/text) and its text property (what are you trying to show in that control)?

and it would be great , if you can explain your use case here!!!
