My agent is successfully calling the correct agent and receiving a response, but the response isn’t appearing in Microsoft 365 Copilot. However, the same agent works fine in Teams. Occasionally, I do see responses in Copilot Studio, but not consistently. What could be causing this, and what might I be missing?
Agent is published and enabled for Microsoft 365 Copilot channel explicitly, not just Teams.
All users testing in Microsoft 365 Copilot have the required licenses and permissions.
Agent’s authentication settings (e.g., “Authenticate with Microsoft”) are correctly configured for MS 365 Copilot.
