I created an agent in Copilot Studio, it was fast enough. It takes like 5-10 seconds to answer a question. However, when i enable the agent in Channels in teams. And share with others. When anyone want to communicate with the agent, it's very slow. Normally in minutes to answer a question. Anyone knows how to optimize this?

Did you look at the Activity log I mentioned to see what part is taking all the time?

Thank you Michael for your reply. The agent's knowledge is mix of Dataverse Table and sharepoint doc etc. But no matter how simple it is, it's still very slow for other user. I set the authentication as using the creator's authentication, but it's still slow. My email is adrian.wang@wwt.com, i could be reached by teams, webex... Can you share a little bit about your knowledge sources and if you have any specialized instructions, or Gen AI settings?

I completely agree that is not good to be happening. I have not seen it though.

Another thing to do, is to go to the Activity Tab in Copilot and see for the ones going through Teams if you can see which step took so long and make sure to turn on Cross Topic Tracking.

Possibly its doing some weird looping...

If you can share some pictures please especially of the activity section.
