Multiple Step Form Account form not showing

Hi all,

I'm currently facing an issue with a multi-step form that won't display in the preview mode on Power Pages. The problem does not seem to be related to permissions, as the roles assigned have full access.

When I attempt to add the form to the Account page through the Power Pages Management App, it fails to save and returns the following error:

Exception Message: Expected non-empty Guid.
