    pls try the following:

Open the Power BI report where the Power App is embedded. Select the Power Apps visual currently in use. Right-click and delete the visual to remove the old Power App connection.

From the Power BI Visualizations pane, add a new Power Apps visual to the report. Drag the new visual onto the canvas.

Once the visual is added, it will prompt you to: Choose an existing app or Create a new app. Choose "Choose an existing app" if you’ve already created the new Power App, or "Create new" if you plan to build it from scratch.

Drag required fields from your Power BI dataset into the Power Apps visual's Fields pane. This step ensures the Power App can access the data. If a browser refresh error occurs at this point: Check for Power BI service outages or connectivity issues. Clear your browser cache and ensure cookies for Power BI and Power Apps are enabled.
