Meu agente funcionava normalmente no ambiente do Teams e Copilot até eu compartilhá-lo com mais usuários da minha organização (aproximadamente 10 pessoas). Após o compartilhamento, o agente parou de funcionar e passou a exibir a seguinte mensagem de erro em qualquer interação (saudação ou pergunta direta):

Ocorreu algo inesperado. Estamos investigando isso. Código do erro: SystemError. ID da Conversa.

Gostaria de entender:

Por que esse comportamento ocorreu após o compartilhamento?

Como posso solucionar esse problema?

Informações adicionais:

Nenhum tópico utiliza resposta generativa.
O agente não apresenta erros nos tópicos.
Antes do compartilhamento, o funcionamento estava perfeito.
Ele possui apenas 4 tópicos e 4 agentes conectados, todos sem erros.

My agent was working normally in the Teams and Copilot environment until I shared it with more users in my organization (approximately 10 people). After sharing, the agent stopped working and started displaying the following error message in any interaction (greeting or direct question):

Something unexpected happened. We’re investigating this. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID.

I would like to understand:

1. Why did this behavior occur after sharing?
2. How can I resolve this issue?

Additional information::
None of the topics use generative responses.

The agent does not show any errors in the topics.

Before sharing, it was working perfectly.

It only has 4 topics and 4 connected agents, all without errors.
