Hi,

I am trying to create a custom bot using website copilot studio. After I created it, it keeps saying "This feature isn't available until your copilot has finished setting up." The detail cannot be edited and publish status is down, how can I fix it?

What do you see when you navigate to the Settings (next to the Publish button)? Can you save the Copilot from there?

As a workaround you can try and recreate your topics in a new bot?

Benefit of the newest version of Copilot studio is that you can copy paste YAML code to recreate them. Which should rebuilding them hopefully a bit easier and faster:

Can you try this and see if the new Copilot can be saved with the same Topic code?

Alternatively, you can also log a ticket/request with support in your tenant:
