Hi Experts,

I am trying to build a Copilot which should be able to take an excel as input classify 10K plus tickets according to the descriptions into their respective categories add a column to the uploaded excel and return the output. Is this possible in Copilot studio by calling a power automate flow inside it for Uploading and downloading the excel.

Also the attached feature at copilot studio seems to be available but it’s not working.

Currently, this cannot be achieved using copilot studio.

Yes as mentioned by fchopo in the below comment, i would be using the Power automate flow to achieve it.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
For this scenario I would use a different approach, like using Button, Outlook or SharePoint to trigger a Power Automate flow and return the results (newly generated file) in an email or in SharePoint as well.

Please, remember that when calling Power Automate flows from Copilot Studio, it can take up to 100 seconds to return the result to Copilot, but not more.

    Hope it helps!

    Hello,

it's possible, but you'd need to provide it an Excel attachment and it'd need to be able to analyze it. Unfortunately, currently it's not yet possible to add attachments to the chat in Copilot Studio - they're not supported. Do you maybe have the access to M365 Copilot? You can try to use this tool to categorize. I've just tested it and it worked for my test .xlsx file.

In the meantime - I've just opened a group related to Copilot stuff. Maybe you'd like to join? I plan for it to be the place, where we can help each other. Here's the link: https://community.powerplatform.com/usergroups/details/?groupid=dbc367c2-b7b7-ef11-b8e8-7c1e5259f813.

In case of any other questions, let me know. If the answer helped you, mark it, so that others can benefit from it.

    Best regards,
