This is a common synchronization issue with the Power Up portal and is rarely a fault on your end.
Why it happens:
Sync Lag: It can take 24–48 hours for the dashboard to reflect 100% completion.
The "Last 5 Seconds" Rule: The tracker often fails if a video isn't played to the absolute end.
Caching: Your browser may be showing a cached version of your progress.
Quick Fixes to try now:
Scrub to the end: Open the Intermediate videos, drag the seeker to the last 10 seconds, and let them play until they stop completely.
Force Refresh: Log out, open an Incognito/Private window, and log back in to see if the percentage updates.
Check for "Hidden" Units: Ensure any small "Knowledge Checks" or "Summary" pages between videos have green checkmarks.
If it’s still stuck after 48 hours:
Submit a ticket via the Power Up Help Center. Include your registered email and a screenshot of your completed modules. The program team can manually "push" your status to 100%, this is a frequent manual fix they perform for learners.
