Getting "BlobNotFound" when trying to open uploaded files from attachments control

Hi all,

I'm uploading files to a SharePoint list but when trying to open uploaded files from the attachment control by clicking on the attachment, a new browser tab opens, but I get an error message instead of the file – BlobNotFound. “The specified blob does not exist”.

It's not clear where the reference to the file URI should be defined for correctly opening the file.

Its weird actually. It should be able to open it period.

Here is what I would be curious of.

    1. You said list, so is this an Attachment. Now I realize you are thinking Duh Michael i have the attachment control, but trust me... i'm asking for a friend ;-)
    2. If you grab the Uri for the attachment (not using the attachment control, but simply grabbing the metadata for the attachment) can you download it that way or open it?

Is this a New attachment that you haven't saved yet??? or an existing one that you loaded into a View and or Edit Form?

    hi @Michael E. Gernaey,

I ran into the same issue as mentioned in this site post: Fixing the PowerApps BlobNotFound documents error, but went a different route.
