Cannot Access the E5 Subscription Option in Microsoft 365 Developer Program

Hello,

I created a new account on the Microsoft 365 Developer Program, and the setup was successful.

However, I cannot see the option to activate the E5 Developer subscription.

Here are the details of the issue:

• My Developer Program account is active

• I can access my dashboard

• But the button “Set up E5 subscription / Create your Microsoft 365 E5 sandbox” does not appear

• I tried different browsers and cleared the cache

• Still the subscription option is missing

Could you please help me understand why the E5 subscription button does not appear, and how I can enable the sandbox?

This is not a copilot question, but please share pictures

Make sure you are logged in as the account that is part of the program.

Going to move this to general.

As for answering, I'd have to see the licenses you have been assigned in the Ux. If you have not actually been assigned the license you won't be able to create this or if its the wrong account with the license and a few other things.

Please share screen shots (pls don't attach they do not work mostly) of each step, your browser, etc
