I'm using the When a HTTP Request is Received trigger, I'd like to be able to add JSON to ask the users to complete a 3 question survey upon http request received, I would then like to use the replies output and add them to a list within my SharePoint page, Is this possible and if so, how?

At the moment it takes them to a thank you for logging in screen

Many Thanks

Firstly, no not really from the same flow.

However, you could do something like this.

Create a Microsoft Form with your questions
When you get the trigger send them an Email with the Form Link to answer them

Create another Flow that Triggers when someone answers
    Then Save it to SharePoint

    Bingo, bango done
