I am receiving this error message: ContentValidationError Unterhaltungs-ID: 8409dc8a-86b5-4370-9993-0a14579826d2 Zeit (UTC): 2025-09-09T09:13:13.489Z

I have microsoft.com as knowledge source and I also activated the web search function. So as far as I understand the agent should find an answer because he can search the internet but when clicking on the quick response in the agent's chat, I receive just an error message.

does somebody know why? thanks in advance!

Yes, that ContentValidationError is almost always caused by a broken link in your topic's design. The web search feature is a fallback and isn't used when a user clicks a button you've created.

Here's the quick fix:

Go into the topic editor for the topic with the failing quick response.

Find the button the user clicks.

Follow the line coming from that button to the next step.

It's very likely connected to an empty message box or a dead end.

Just make sure that button is connected to a valid next step (like a message with some text in it), and that should solve the error.
