Co-Pilot Studio Kit available for free for Power Up Program participants?

I just saw the details on structured testing capability for the Co-Pilot Studio Kit, in testing out Conversational AI agents. As a market researcher, I understand the power of that. Is it available for free use for those of us in the Power Up Program (even for a limited time)?
 
As the Conversational AI agent module on Structured testing just stated: You can't improve what you can't measure!

    Are you referring to the Power CAT one? I just want to make sure.
     
    1. It is free (but I believe there may be a paid one as well) you'd have to verify on Appsource
    2. Technically, it would be available there if you had the ability to install it, I do not think you do, so its probably not there.
     
     
    And they can tell you for 100%
