Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with PowerApps integration in Microsoft Teams and would appreciate your support.

Here’s what I did:

I created an app called AppTest using PowerApps in the develop environment
I created a solution and exported it as managed.
In Microsoft Teams, I imported the managed solution into the environment linked to Teams.
I used the “Add to Teams” feature to make the app available in Teams

Current situation:

I can open and use AppTest in Teams without any issues.

However, other members in the organization see an error message when trying to open the app. The message is something like:

Please help me understand the cause and how to fix it.
