Sign In not working

Inside the training material the Sign In option is failing to allow me to review the material. I've tried multiple browsers etc. Pop-up window shows up, looks to authenticate and then closes. Nothing happens. I cant access the materials. See screen shot

    The most likely cause of this problem is that third party cookies is disabled. 
     
    If you're using Chrome, you would go to the "Privacy and security" section of the browser settings and enable the 'Allow third party cookies' option. For other browsers, you would enable the equivalent setting.
